Scheduled appointment the following week of calling them for non-urgent work. On time, on point, with great cleanup. Great work and fair prices! Replaced two vanity faucets l purchased, plus reattached toilet tank I had removed for wall access for painting. Could have used handyman but all projects required legit extra stuff and additional plumbing. They had everything on truck and manpower to work several tasks at a time so no time wasted. My 25 yr old house always requires “extras” even when I do them myself. My last plumbing job was investigated by Star and required city to remove 90 and 45 degree bends in sewer connection that were original plumbing when home was built. Star did great on investigating that job, too!! Next up, replace/upgrade outdoor faucet. Give Reggie and the gang a call today for all your plumbing needs.

Came prompt and prepared at the right time. They found where the leak was and handled it that day with minimum fuss and explained everything to me. They realized something that my previous plumber had missed and saved me hundreds of dollars.

This company was great to work with! The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. They arrived right on time for what was scheduled. The text message to let me know the technician was on the way was helpful. The plumber, Keith Miller was really professional and kind. He did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do and then explaining what was happening in the moment and then his recommendations for fixing the issue. Really great communicator! I loved that he wanted to fix the actual issues instead of just putting a band aid on it which would lead to more issues in the future.
I have been using Reggie for 6+ years…mainly plumbing but have expanded to other construction projects. Since the beginning, Reggie and his team have been there for me in both emergencies and regular projects. He is a true problem solver and his work product reflects a true sense of pride that is starkly lacking from the industry today. And I trust him with my garage code…just sayin’
